How do I book?
The easiest way is to write an e-mail, if everthing is fine you have to make a deposit of 30 % on our German bank account. When the deposit arrives your will get a booking confirmation per e-mail. The reservation is binding after receiving the payment.
Der Restbetrag ist bei Anreise an der Casa Isto in bar zu entrichten.

Cancellation:

Because we are such a little hotel we have to keep a little money in case of cancellation.
If you have to cancel your stay, the following payments are due:

Cancellation till 4 weeks befor planned arrival -> 30 % of the rental price
Cancellation till 2 weeks befor planned arrival -> 70 % of the rental price
Cancellation less than 2 weeks befor planned arrival -> 100 % of the rental price

Accomodation and Catering

What time is breakfast?
Continental breakfast is from 9.00 to 10.30. For all guests who want to start earlier on a tour, we can make some coffee and cereals, but you have to order this one day before.

Can I get drinks at the house?
We serve wine and beer at the house, also mineral water and soft drinks.
Wasser, Softdrinks, Bier und regionale Weine bieten wir Euch zu fairen Preisen an.
In den abendlichen Stunden steht euch auch unsere Hausbar mit Schnäpsen, Cocktails und Longdrinks zur Verfügung.

Do I have to bring towels?
You should bring your own towels for the lovely pool. If you forget them, we have enough at the house at a little extra cost.
Wenn es aber nicht mehr in die Koffer passt, haben wir auch selbstverständlich Handtücher am Haus.
Der Pool ist allerdings nur bei entsprechenden Wetterverhältnissen nutzbar.

What about shopping and night activities?
La Jonquera is only 4 km away from the house and offers you everything you need, like supermarkets, petrol station and restaurants. Figueras is the next bigger city which is 15 minutes away. There you´ll find nice shopping malls and a perfect nightlife.

How far is it to the seaside?
The Costa Brava is 30 km away, and 7 km from the house there is a nice sweetwater lake with a beautiful beach.

What about medical help?
For all the smaller problems we have good contact to an English speaking GP. And, the hospital in Figueras is only 15 km away.

What can I do except biking?
We can arrange off-shore fishing and jetskiing. For groups we arrange go-cart-races with powerful 25 hp carts. You can also visit some culture places like the Dali Museum in Figueras or the ruins of Emporda and a lot more.

Was kann ich ausser Motorradfahren noch machen?
Wenn es Mal nicht Mopedfahren sein soll, organisieren wir Euch gerne Alternativen wie z.B. Hochseeangeln, Wasserskitouren auf unserem nahe gelegenen Stausee, Rennen auf der Kartbahn und was Ihr Euch eben sonst noch unter einen gelungenen Urlaub vorstellt (Preise nach Absprache).

Für Kulturliebhaber gibt es eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten wie z.B. das berühmte Dali Museum in Figueres, die Ruinen von Emporda oder das Kloster von St. Pere de Roses.
